Figs Auto Repair

I broke down on my way from Florida to Pa. Johnny was not only helpful but very kind and explained everything to me. I had to get to Pa for a wedding and birthday party. They put me as a priority and made sure I was on my way the next day. Not only professional in the work they did but genuinely concerned about making sure I was safe for the rest of my trip. And the price was very fair, a lot less than I expected.

My car had started acting really crazy whenever the check engine light and other lights would come on. Then, a few minutes later, my car would be fine and the check engine light would go off. I took my car to several places and they all told me there was nothing they could do about it if the check engine light was not on at that moment. Very frustrating!!! Figs Auto was recommended to me. I took my car there and spoke with Johnny. I told him what my issues were, all the things my car was doing, and NOT doing, he listened and took immediate action even though the check engine light was not on. Figs was able to find the issues fix them!!! I can't thank them enough! Highly reccomend! I am now a new customer!!!!!!

Couldn’t recommend this place more! Johnny was incredibly helpful and kind. The team took care of my car, were flexible with pick up time, provided complementary Lyft rides, and let me know a list of things for the near future that I may need so I can begin saving/planning accordingly. My car ended up having a more easy fix than anticipated, so I wasn’t even charged fully for the diagnostic smoke test. Thank you Figs - now my go-to team here in Charlotte for car needs!

This is a fully independent and not requested review of figs Auto repair. I decided this morning that I wanted to do an alignment on my Jeep. I called them up and spoke to Scott within one ring. Easy scheduling process, same-day appointment, fantastic to deal with. Communication, coordination and they want above and beyond making sure my jeep was perfect. The price, the communication was fantastic and they went completely above and beyond to make sure that the alignment on my jeep was perfect. Scott and Greg and the team there you can tell absolutely love what they do. For 100% certainty I wish that I would have come across this business sooner. No heart sales tactics, complimentary overall vehicle inspection, no up charging, no surprises. Just straightforward, honest, efficient, 5****. I look forward to doing business with them again very soon

I had a wonderful experience at Figs with Scott and the team. They got my Jeep Gladiator all fixed with a great turnaround time. I went in for a parasitic draw on my battery, a notoriously difficult issue to fix, that multiple shops had not been able to diagnose or fix. It wasn't a problem for Scott and his team. From my initial phone call all the way to the end of the process, they were kind, informative, and kept me up to speed with the entire repair process. Prices were transparent and reasonable and the shop was very clean. They will even call Lyft rides for you to and from the shop when you drop your vehicle off! If you are looking around and considering bringing your vehicle to Figs, look no further. I will definitely be bringing my business back in the future. Thanks again Scott and the Figs Auto Repair team!
